    Meet the Visionary

    I started at the Department of Health & Human Services, then became a premier Holistic Health Coach with 236 clients and a 99.7% satisfaction rating. I've worked with CEOs who could buy any solution but still struggled with inconsistent energy, athletes who had all the data but couldn't turn it into better performance, entrepreneurs who knew the science but couldn't stick to the habits.

    The problem wasn't knowledge. It was execution.

    I realized we needed a system that bridges the gap between what research shows works and what actually gets done. That's when I dove into chronobiology and behavior change, publishing papers like "Not All Hours Are Created Equal" and running a 300-week case study with real clients.
