SPiR Health is a habit, routine, and wellness optimization platform built around:
- Daily intention setting
- Habit selection and tracking
- A Body Clock–Calendar interface aligned with circadian energy
- Gamified streaks and XP-based feedback
- Optional wellness tools (breathing, soundscapes, fasting clocks)
Data is collected only to support these user-initiated functions.
SPiR does not passively monitor users and does not operate in the background without user interaction.

A. Account Information
Collected when you create an account:
- Email address
- Username or display name
- Authentication credentials
B. User-Generated Routine & Habit Data
Collected only when you actively engage with the App, including:
- Selected daily habits (20–40 per day, user-defined)
- Habit completion checkmarks
- Streak counts and consistency metrics
- Daily "Lock In The Day" confirmations
- XP earned from completed actions
This data exists solely to power:
- Habit tracking
- Streak visualization
- Lifetime stats dashboards
C. Wellness & Self-Reported Health Inputs
Collected only when manually entered or explicitly enabled, such as:
- Sleep input (entered at login)
- Fasting start time and duration
- Hydration button presses
- Subjective energy or readiness inputs
- Focus session completion (Pomodoro usage)
SPiR does not infer medical conditions from this data.
D. Smart Modalities & Focus Tools
When you choose to use optional features, we process:
- Guided breathing session usage
- Soundscape activation
- Focus Mode session duration
- XP earned from modality usage
No biometric signals are captured by these features.
E. Wearable or Third-Party Integrations (Optional)
If you explicitly connect SPiR to a third-party service (e.g., wearable or calendar):
- Only the data you authorize is accessed
- Data is used to contextualize routines and insights
- SPiR does not sell, broker, or advertise using this data
- Third-party platforms are governed by their own privacy policies
F. Automatically Collected Technical Data
Collected to maintain performance and reliability:

- App interaction events

This data does not include personal health metrics.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected data exclusively to:
- Enable daily routine creation and tracking
- Power the Body Clock–Calendar interface
- Display streaks, XP, and progress metrics
- Provide in-app insights tied to user actions
- Improve App stability, UX, and performance
- Process subscriptions (via Google Play)
SPiR does not use data for medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.
4. Health Data Use Limitations (Google Play–Critical)
SPiR Health explicitly states:

All health-related data exists only to support user-requested app functionality.
